Position: Guest Relation Officer – Mandarin Speaker (SGS-GRO-MS)
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to Mandarin-speaking guests
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Translate documents and facilitate communication for guests
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Fluent in Mandarin writing and speaking, is a must
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Guest-oriented mindset
