Position: Reception
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using hotel management systems
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed
- Fluent in English
