Position: Human Capital Officer (JSI – HCO)
Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines
  • Strong communication, professional appearance
  • Experiences with administrative role and HC process
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies
  • Familiar with HRIS
