Position: Executive Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pastry kitchen and oversee all dessert production.
- Create innovative pastry and bakery menus.
- Ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage pastry staff and provide training.
- Control food costs and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience at 5-star hotel (having pre-opening experience is an advantage).
- Visionary leader who is technology savvy.
- Excellent office administration, communication and analytical skills.
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
