Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations and inquiries via phone and email.
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
- Provide detailed information about hotel rates and packages.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
