Position: Butcher
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion meats, poultry, and fish.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness of the butchery area.
- Monitor stock levels and freshness.
- Minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Butcher in a hotel or restaurant.
- Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Strong hygiene and safety awareness.
- Hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
