Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Front Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage room inventory and revenue.
- Train and lead the Front Office team.
- Handle VIP guests and complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience at 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PMS.
