Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience reflecting Javanese culture
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and requests with professional poise
- Maintain detailed guest records and process transactions accurately in the hotel system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a peaceful and tranquil stay for all guests
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a 5-star hotel
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations
- Technology savvy with excellence in office administration
- Professional appearance and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English is required
