Position: Captain Waiter/ss
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of waiters/waitresses.
- Ensure service standards are maintained.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback.
- Assist in training service staff.
- Oversee floor operations during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter.
- Strong leadership and service skills.
- Good command of English.
