Reservation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the reservation department
- Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy through strategic booking
- Ensure accurate processing of guest reservations and payment details
- Train reservation staff on systems and communication standards
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve booking discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance
- Strong English communication skills
- Fast learner and able to operate related hotel systems
- Ability to join immediately is an advantage
- Leadership skills to manage a dedicated reservation team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction
