Position: Housekeeping Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring room cleanliness standards.
- Supervise floor supervisors and room attendants to maintain Hyatt’s high quality expectations.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, laundry operations, and chemical safety protocols.
- Address guest requests and feedback regarding room conditions promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager in housekeeping at a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a large multicultural team.
- Detail oriented with a passion for excellence in guest room presentation.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Ability to manage departmental operational costs and staff scheduling.
