Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily housekeeping operations ensuring the highest standards of luxury cleanliness.
- Manage the housekeeping team including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest room amenities.
- Coordinate with the front office and engineering teams for room status and maintenance.
- Implement quality control measures and address guest feedback regarding room presentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a 5 star luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large diverse team.
- Knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
- Detail oriented with a passion for excellence in guest room standards.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to manage departmental budgets and operational costs.
- Professional certification in hospitality management is preferred.
