Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Epice restaurant kitchen section to ensure high culinary standards
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and Alila brand standards
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and hygiene
  • Manage inventory and stock rotation within the assigned section to minimize waste

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Strong culinary expertise and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
