Position: Chef de partie

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a specific kitchen section and ensure it is fully operational for service
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Supervise and guide junior chefs and cooks in their daily food preparation tasks
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the section

Qualifications:

  • Experience minimum 2 years in similar position in a professional kitchen
  • Relevant education background in Culinary Arts
  • Professional appearance and good personality
  • Good personality and communication skill
  • Hard worker and have positive attitude
  • Strong culinary skills and passion for creating high quality food
  • Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast paced environment
