Position: Chef de Partie – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a specific section of the Li Lian kitchen and ensure service readiness [cite: 18]
  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to established recipes
  • Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff in their section
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a CDP or Senior Commis in Chinese cuisine restaurants [cite: 18]
  • Strong technical skills in Chinese wok cooking or dim sum preparation
  • Understanding of kitchen organization and food safety standards
  • Ability to lead a small team and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail in food presentation and quality
  • Vocational or Diploma degree in Culinary Arts
