Position: Chef de Partie – Li Lian
Responsibilities:

- Oversee a specific section of the Li Lian kitchen and ensure service readiness [cite: 18]
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to established recipes
- Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff in their section
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
Qualifications:

- Experience as a CDP or Senior Commis in Chinese cuisine restaurants [cite: 18]
- Strong technical skills in Chinese wok cooking or dim sum preparation
- Understanding of kitchen organization and food safety standards
- Ability to lead a small team and work under pressure
- Attention to detail in food presentation and quality
- Vocational or Diploma degree in Culinary Arts
