Position: Commis (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Support the culinary team in ingredient preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned kitchen stations at all times
- Perform mise-en-place for daily operations according to department standards
- Handle food items correctly to maintain freshness and safety
- Clean and maintain kitchen tools following sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of essential kitchen equipment
- Eager to learn with a positive work attitude and team spirit
- Vocational school (SMK) background in Culinary Arts is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
- Available to join immediately for daily worker shifts
- Good physical fitness and disciplined work habit
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
