Position: Sales Executive Wedding & Social Event
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new wedding and social event leads through various channels
- Provide prompt and professional responses to all event inquiries
- Support the Sales Manager in conducting tours and event presentations
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Follow up on event leads to secure bookings and deposits
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or event coordination is preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools is an advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Hospitality
