Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the dining team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules, training programs, and performance reviews to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or 5-star hotel outlet.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, financial management, and service standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.
- Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale systems and MS Office.
