Position: Laundry Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the laundry and valet department.
- Ensure quality cleaning of guest laundry, uniforms, and hotel linen.
- Maintain laundry equipment and coordinate repairs.
- Monitor chemical usage and costs.
- Supervise and train laundry staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience in laundry management within a hotel or commercial laundry.
- Technical knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabrics, and equipment.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proactive and safety-conscious.
