Position: Junior Sous Chef Cinnamon
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in managing the daily operations of Cinnamon kitchen.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, and waste management.
- Develop new menu ideas and improve existing recipes.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP in an international hotel.
- Strong culinary skills in International and Asian cuisine.
- Leadership ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to handle high-volume all-day dining operations.
