Position: Junior Sous Chef Cinnamon

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in managing the daily operations of Cinnamon kitchen.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and manage shift schedules.
  • Monitor inventory, food cost, and waste management.
  • Develop new menu ideas and improve existing recipes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP in an international hotel.
  • Strong culinary skills in International and Asian cuisine.
  • Leadership ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene.
  • Creative and detail-oriented.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to handle high-volume all-day dining operations.
