Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel telephone inquiries and transfer calls
- Process wake up call requests accurately
- Assist guests with local and international call connections
- Manage internal communication between departments
- Provide professional and polite telephone service
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and voice clarity
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Calm demeanor when dealing with busy periods
- Basic computer skills for operational needs
- Honest and reliable character
- Availability for shifts including nights and weekends
- Vocational certificate or high school diploma
