Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage service operations to achieve excellence
- Lead and train the F&B team to maintain international service standards
- Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Coordinate with the culinary team for menu execution and theme events
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to organization’s strategic goals
- Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to organize and manage departmental operations
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with team
