Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage service operations to achieve excellence
  • Lead and train the F&B team to maintain international service standards
  • Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the culinary team for menu execution and theme events

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • Understanding and contributing to organization’s strategic goals
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets
  • Ability to organize and manage departmental operations
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with team
