Position: F&B Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and professional service during guest checkout in dining outlets
- Reconcile daily cash reports and maintain an accurate cash float
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure all guest orders are correctly billed
- Prepare daily revenue summaries and report any discrepancies promptly
Qualifications:
- Experience in a cashiering or finance role, preferably in a hotel
- Strong numerical and organizational abilities
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professional ethics
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Proficiency in POS systems and hotel management software
- Basic communication skills in English
