Position: Assist FB Manager (26003478)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of all dining outlets
  • Lead and mentor the service team to maintain Marriott’s high service standards
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest dining experiences
  • Monitor operational costs and manage inventory levels effectively
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in F&B leadership roles within a four or five star hotel
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage service excellence
  • Detail-oriented and guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management
