Position: Assist FB Manager (26003478)
Responsibilities:
- Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of all dining outlets
- Lead and mentor the service team to maintain Marriott’s high service standards
- Develop strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest dining experiences
- Monitor operational costs and manage inventory levels effectively
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B leadership roles within a four or five star hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English
- Deep understanding of food and beverage service excellence
- Detail-oriented and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
