Position: F&B Attendant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional food and beverage service to guests in our dining outlets
  • Welcome guests and provide menu recommendations with a positive attitude
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas
  • Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless dining experiences

Qualifications:

  • High School/Vocational High School or equivalent education in hotel management
  • Relevant work experience is required
  • Good communication and confident speaking skills
  • Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
  • Team player with a positive service attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of service
  • Ability to work effectively in a vibrant city hotel environment
