Position: F&B Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional food and beverage service to guests in our dining outlets
- Welcome guests and provide menu recommendations with a positive attitude
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas
- Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless dining experiences
Qualifications:
- High School/Vocational High School or equivalent education in hotel management
- Relevant work experience is required
- Good communication and confident speaking skills
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
- Team player with a positive service attitude
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of service
- Ability to work effectively in a vibrant city hotel environment
