Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor (25156540)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily service operations to ensure guest satisfaction
- Lead and train service staff on brand standards and guest engagement
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation in dining outlets throughout the shift
- Assist in managing service costs and inventory at the floor level
Qualifications:
- Experience as a supervisor or senior attendant in F&B service
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a vibrant environment
- Knowledge of hotel software and POS systems
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management
