Position: Revenue Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a revenue management leadership role within luxury five-star hotels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends
- Exceptional strategic thinking to optimize room rates, occupancy, and total resort revenue
- Proficiency in hotel revenue management systems and property management software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead revenue strategy meetings
- Hospitality background with a relevant degree in Finance, Business, or Hospitality Management
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize property profitability
- Monitor market demand and competitor pricing to adjust daily room rates and distribution strategies
- Conduct detailed revenue forecasting and analyze performance against established budgets
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide data-driven recommendations to the leadership team
- Oversee the management of all distribution channels and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
