Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Optimize room revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and distribution channel oversight.
- Analyze historical data and market demand to forecast future occupancy and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted promotional offers.
- Conduct regular competitor price analysis to ensure the hotel’s market competitiveness.
- Manage and monitor the performance of all online distribution channels and OTAs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a revenue management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems.
- Excellent understanding of distribution channels and OTA management.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to present financial forecasts and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data reporting.
- Professional degree in Finance, Business, or Hospitality Management.
