Position: Bellman (Daily Worker)
Qualifications:
- Having experience in the same position
- Highly motivated and able to work as a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, disciplined, hard-working, and self-motivated
- Good physical stamina for handling guest luggage
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and local area attractions
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage transportation
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of room facilities
- Assist in managing guest luggage storage and retrieval
- Support the front office team with general lobby errands
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby entrance
