Position: Chef de Cuisine (Paulaner Bräuhaus) – Handling Non-Halal Food

Qualifications:

  • Specialized experience in German or European cuisine within high-volume professional kitchens
  • Proven ability to handle non-halal food products according to safety and quality standards
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a specific outlet kitchen team
  • Excellent technical skills in authentic food preparation and presentation
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations within a brewery or themed restaurant environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of food quality
  • Relevant culinary degree or vocational training

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily culinary operations for Paulaner Bräuhaus, ensuring authentic food standards
  • Supervise the preparation and service of non-halal menu items
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu rotations and seasonal promotions
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols within the outlet kitchen
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food production costs for the outlet
