Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in pre-opening or upscale hotel environments
- Strong culinary expertise with the ability to design creative and profitable menus
- Leadership skills to manage and train a large culinary brigade
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and international HACCP standards
- Strategic mindset for food cost control and kitchen operations management
- Excellent communication skills and professional personal appearance
- Relevant culinary arts degree or vocational certification
Responsibilities:
- Direct all culinary operations for the pre-opening phase and resort launch
- Design authentic menus that reflect Balinese heritage and international standards
- Manage kitchen budgets, food costing, and procurement of high-quality ingredients
- Supervise and mentor the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and service
- Maintain the highest levels of kitchen sanitation and workplace safety standards
