Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

  • Supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade to ensure consistent food quality
  • Manage kitchen inventory, food costing, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Oversee the preparation and service of dishes for restaurant and banquet events
  • Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and workplace safety protocols
