Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or senior lead in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong culinary expertise with a focus on high-quality food production and presentation
- Leadership skills to manage a section and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about culinary innovation and maintaining brand standards
- Relevant culinary degree or vocational certification is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a designated kitchen section to ensure consistent food quality
- Supervise and train Demi Chef De Parties and Commis to uphold Marriott standards
- Manage food inventory and minimize wastage through efficient portion control
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef on menu development and special promotional dishes
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene levels within the kitchen workspace
