Position: Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years in a similar capacity
  • Strong record of professional achievement in the upscale hospitality sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of global markets
  • Ability to compile data for strategic sales plans, monthly reporting, and forecasts
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze competition and market trends
  • Relevant hospitality degree or diploma is required

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Sales in executing the strategic sales plan and annual goals
  • Compile data for monthly reporting, forecasts, and other required marketing reports
  • Survey and analyze customer comments and market trends to be proactive in the market
  • Manage daily sales activities and coordinate with the revenue and marketing teams
  • Mentor junior sales staff and assist in achieving departmental revenue targets
