Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the front desk and guest services
- Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained and resolve guest issues effectively
- Monitor room inventory and maximize revenue through effective upselling and inventory management
- Supervise and train front office staff to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest arrival and departure experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Guest service-oriented with high attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
