Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facility maintenance and engineering operations for the property
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules for MEP systems and infrastructure
- Lead and train the engineering team to maintain high operational efficiency
- Manage energy efficiency programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure technical support for guest facilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chief Engineer in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of building systems
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems effectively
- Knowledge of financial concepts and managing maintenance budgets
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a technical workforce
- Relevant technical skills depending on the specific facility requirements
