Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance tasks to ensure facility efficiency
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs for all hotel equipment and systems
- Lead a team of technicians in resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the property
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives for the department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
- Ability to lead and motivate a technical team under high-pressure scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail regarding facility standards
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in maintenance management systems
- Commitment to safety standards and operational excellence
- Relevant vocational or degree qualification in Engineering or related field
