Position: Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance tasks to ensure facility efficiency
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs for all hotel equipment and systems
  • Lead a team of technicians in resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the property
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives for the department

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail regarding facility standards
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in maintenance management systems
  • Commitment to safety standards and operational excellence
  • Relevant vocational or degree qualification in Engineering or related field
