Position: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily engineering operations and technical support during assigned shifts
- Monitor and maintain all hotel MEP systems to ensure facility efficiency
- Address guest technical requests and resolve facility issues with professional grace
- Supervise a team of technicians and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations property wide
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a senior engineering or supervisory role within a hotel
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building maintenance
- Ability to lead and inspire a technical workforce under pressure
- Exceptional problem solving skills and professional grace under high pressure
- Detail oriented approach to maintaining property infrastructure and systems
- Fluent in English for professional reporting and team coordination
- Relevant engineering degree or technical certification is highly regarded
