Position: Technician
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily maintenance and repair tasks for hotel systems and guest room facilities
- Address maintenance requests promptly to ensure guest comfort and operational safety
- Monitor and maintain MEP equipment, including HVAC and plumbing systems
- Assist in property-wide preventative maintenance and infrastructure projects
- Maintain and organize tools and workshops in clean and safe condition
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and proactive in problem-solving
- Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding technical tasks
- Vocational or technical certification in a relevant field is preferred
