Position: Greeter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival at hotel outlets
- Manage reservations and coordinate table seating to optimize guest flow
- Present menus and provide basic information about hotel facilities and promotions
- Ensure a high level of hospitality and professional first impressions
- Assist the service team during peak hours to ensure guest comfort
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Guest-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Previous experience in a front-facing role is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage guest arrivals effectively
- Disciplined and punctual with a proactive attitude
- Available for shift work in a dynamic hotel environment
