Position: Events Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan a variety of onsite events including corporate MICE
- Coordinate event logistics including catering, technical, and room blocks
- Liaise with clients to ensure all event details meet their expectations
- Monitor event financial performance and ensure budget adherence
- Lead and oversee the onsite event execution team during live functions
Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and logistical skills
- Ability to manage client accounts and events
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Knowledge of banqueting and MICE trends
- Results-oriented with attention to detail
- Leadership in managing onsite events
