Position: Chef de Partie – All Day Dining
Qualifications:
- Job Number: 26209950.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in an all day dining or high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a diverse culinary team.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen inventory management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistent quality and visual plating standards.
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
