Position: Cluster Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales accounts across multiple properties within the cluster
- Conducting sales calls and presentations to potential corporate and travel partners
- Negotiating contracts and managing client relationships to meet revenue targets
- Participating in trade shows and industry events to represent the brand
- Providing detailed sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar sales management role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result oriented with a strong sense of customer service
- Young, dynamic, and able to work under pressure
- High responsibility and discipline in managing sales targets
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of VHP system is an advantage
