Position: SPA Therapist (Partnership)
Responsibilities:
- Delivering professional spa treatments including massages and facials
- Consulting with guests to identify their specific wellness needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the spa treatment rooms
- Recommending spa products and home care routines to guests
- Ensuring a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 (One) years experience at 5 star hotel
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations
- Certification in massage therapy or aesthetics
- Strong understanding of various spa techniques and modalities
- Empathetic and guest focused service orientation
- Excellent grooming and professional hygiene standards
- Ability to handle guest feedback with professionalism
