Position: CDP Western
Responsibilities:
- Leading the western kitchen section and overseeing menu execution
- Ensuring authentic flavors and presentation of western dishes
- Managing stock levels for specialized western ingredients
- Supervising and training staff assigned to the western kitchen
- Assisting the Executive Chef in western menu development and costing
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- In depth knowledge of western culinary techniques and recipes
- Detail oriented with high standards of food presentation
- Proactive in maintaining kitchen efficiency and sanitation
