Position: CDP Western

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the western kitchen section and overseeing menu execution
  • Ensuring authentic flavors and presentation of western dishes
  • Managing stock levels for specialized western ingredients
  • Supervising and training staff assigned to the western kitchen
  • Assisting the Executive Chef in western menu development and costing

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
  • In depth knowledge of western culinary techniques and recipes
  • Detail oriented with high standards of food presentation
  • Proactive in maintaining kitchen efficiency and sanitation
