Position: Steward
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchenware is properly sanitized.
- Collect and dispose of kitchen waste according to the hotel sanitation policies.
- Organize the storage of clean equipment and assist in inventory counts of kitchenware.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position within a kitchen or steward department.
- Discipline, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
- Good attitude and well groomed appearance.
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene instructions accurately.
- Language proficiency in written and spoken Indonesia.
- Strong physical stamina and willingness to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a focus on operational support.
