Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage key corporate accounts and maintain strong relationships with major stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation of sales budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Proven track record as a Director of Sales in a luxury five star hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a diverse team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta corporate and MICE market segments
- Proficiency in CRM software and hotel property management systems
- Strategic thinker with a result oriented mindset and high integrity
