Position: Reservations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the reservation agents
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
- Assist in managing room inventory and rate updates
- Train team members on reservation protocols and guest communication
- Handle complex booking inquiries and escalated guest requests
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reservation roles at luxury hotels
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Leadership potential with a focus on team efficiency
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
