Position: Reservations Curator
Responsibilities:
- Process individual and group reservations with high attention to detail
- Provide personalized guest assistance via phone and email
- Communicate hotel features, rates, and special packages to guests
- Maintain accurate records in the reservation management system
- Support the reservation team in daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in reservation or front office roles in luxury hotels
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera) is required
- Detailed-oriented with a guest-focused mindset
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Commitment to delivering personalized Kimpton hospitality
