Position: Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence professionally
- Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality
- Act as a liaison between the GM and other departments
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication
- Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
